The personal data we collected, including the name, contact details and identity card number, will be used for processing course registration, administrative communications, market analysis and promotion, and management of student registration records, as permitted by law. Such information may also be outsourced to other organizations in the form of contracts.
OSHMI will divulge personal information only if required by law or with your prior consent. However, data may also be used in aggregate form for research and statistical purposes and in such circumstances individual data will not be divulged.
The above personal data and other information provided by you, such as courses previously enrolled and the year of graduation, will be used for communication channels, alumni communication and marketing purposes with OSHMI. We will send you our latest course promotion materials including OSH industry-related updates from the Occupational Safety and Health Management Institute and its subsidiary, Y. Y. Wong Safety Consultants Limited, through e-mails, mobile phone, SMS and other social media.
You always have the right to make subsequent changes on your choice of receiving further marketing materials by sending a written unsubscribe request to Occupational Safety and Health Management Institute (please see contact details in the Item 4 “Data Protection Issues/ Enquiries”).

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data.
